Added a Support section that displays a ticket center interface for authenticated users and integrated Crisp chat widget for authenticated users, enabling direct chat support. This is only in testing phase by Oscar Emman.

Improved the display logic for template editing links to ensure they only appear when a valid template is selected, preventing links from showing for empty or invalid values.
