Added a Support section that displays a ticket center interface for authenticated users and integrated Crisp chat widget for authenticated users, enabling direct chat support. This is only in testing phase by Oscar Emman.

Added new Crisp components for investigation

This release makes sure that links when updating a commercial video is allowed to be null or empty string. This makes sure that a user can update a name on a video without passing in a link, since that field should be optional.
